Version 1Last updated 8 sections

Version 1. In force from 1 August 2026. This is the text you agree to when you tick the consent box on the enquiry form. The fact of your agreement, the date and time, and this version number are recorded on our server.

Yalanzhi & Partners LLC (ООО «ЯЛАНЖИ И ПАРТНЕРЫ»), a legal entity registered in the Russian Federation, INN 9717182760, KPP 771701001, OGRN 1257700370641, registered office: Olminskogo proezd 4, office 8n, Moscow 129085, Russian Federation (the "Operator"). Contact: office@lawyersinrussia.com.

By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you give the Operator your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent to process the personal data listed in section 3, for the purposes listed in section 4, by the means listed in section 5.

3. The data covered

  • Name, telephone number, email address and country as supplied by you.
  • The content of your enquiry, including any information about criminal proceedings that you choose to include. This may constitute a special category of personal data under Article 10 of the GDPR and Article 4 of 152-FZ, and you consent expressly to its processing for the purpose of obtaining legal assistance.
  • IP address, visitor identifier, information about your device and browser, referrer, the page you landed on and the page from which you submitted the form, the advertising parameters of the visit and the advertising system identifiers, the time spent on the site, and the corresponding first-visit values.

4. The purposes

  • Contacting you in response to your enquiry.
  • Assessing your enquiry and, where appropriate, preparing to enter into a contract for legal services.
  • Recording the fact of this consent and the version of the text you agreed to.
  • Analysing the effectiveness of our advertising, using the attribution data.

Your data is not used for marketing communications unless you separately consent to that.

5. The means

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to the recipients named in the Privacy Policy, blocking, erasure and destruction — carried out both with and without the use of automated means.

6. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is given for three years from the date of your last contact with us, or until you withdraw it, whichever is earlier.

You may withdraw it at any time, by any means that allows us to identify you, including by writing to office@lawyersinrussia.com. On withdrawal we cease processing and destroy the data within the period set by Article 21(5) of 152-FZ, except for data whose further processing is required by law, and except for information covered by legal professional privilege, the regime of which is indefinite under Article 8 of the Federal Law on Advocacy.

7. Your rights

Your rights under Articles 14, 20 and 21 of 152-FZ, and under the GDPR and other applicable laws where they apply to you, are set out in section 11 of the Privacy Policy.

The enquiry form will not submit, because we cannot lawfully process an enquiry without a basis for doing so. You can still contact us by telephone, by email or through a messaging application — those channels do not depend on this form.
